Ce matin, il neigeait des pétales de cenelliers en fleurs.

  1. We have this snowfall late in April here. If a breeze rises, the petals catch in your hair.

  2. You are much more to the south than we are. Washington's cherry trees are blooming while we still have snow coming down on our heads.

  5. yes, petals are almost equally as beautiful on the branch as they are when they carpet the ground beneath. i had a pile of peony petals from a 2 day old arrangement that had fallen gracefully, decorating my kitchen counter.
